Factory daily production activities

Early in the morning, the machinery in the hardware furniture factory roared, and the production activities kicked off. In the machining shop, the cutting equipment precisely cuts the sheet metal to the designed size. Next, the welders skillfully join the pieces together, with their welding guns in hand, focusing on ensuring that each weld is strong and beautiful.

The feet of the furniture that have completed the preliminary processing enter the polishing area, and after fine grinding, the surface becomes smooth and flat. After that, it is subjected to strict quality testing to check dimensional accuracy, surface defects and so on. Only the products that pass the test will enter the packaging area, be neatly packed, waiting for delivery, and be sent to various furniture manufacturing enterprises to become an indispensable part of furniture.
